  • 6+ years progressive benefits experience
  • U.S. and Canadian regulatory knowledge
  • Open Enrollment and ACA reporting management
  • Vendor relationship evaluation and negotiation
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP

  • Continuous improvement or change-management skills
  • Background in hearing healthcare or multi-unit retail

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS certification (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive benefits experience
  • Working knowledge of integrated benefits and HRIS systems
