Job Summary

• You will help inform the data and insights strategy for the Customer Care team as an individual contributor, having a direct and quantifiable impact in our subscribers business.
• You will define strategy within your team's problem space, oversee the definition and execution of solutions, and present data-oriented analyses to high-level partners to guide team strategy.
