Job Summary
Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues including incidents, service requests, and general queries via phone, remote access, mail, and onsite attendance.
Rollout and implement IT equipment, perform quality checks, and work with third-party vendors to remediate complex issues, maintaining timely communication on issue status and resolution.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot various Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, authorized desktop software, printers, and computer hardware, with basic knowledge of Mac OS and IT networks.
