Job Summary

  • Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues including incidents, service requests, and general queries via phone, remote access, mail, and onsite attendance.
  • Rollout and implement IT equipment, perform quality checks, and work with third-party vendors to remediate complex issues, maintaining timely communication on issue status and resolution.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot various Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, authorized desktop software, printers, and computer hardware, with basic knowledge of Mac OS and IT networks.
