Job Summary

• This role serves as the focal point for proposal and capture efforts within Global Security Services Cybersecurity at RTX.
• The position requires developing accurate cost estimates and validating actuals to ensure consistency in task descriptions and estimating approaches.
• Candidates will have the opportunity to train and mentor junior professionals on BOEs, proposal processes, and Earned Value Management System practices.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret)
• U.S. citizenship required prior to start date
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 5 years
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, TINA, and government procurement regulations
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance if not currently active
