Job Summary

  • The Capture Manager is responsible for providing effective capture leadership to win new business in the U.S. Defense aerospace market.
  • The CM will establish the strategy and capture plan, organize and lead the capture team, mentor and educate personnel, manage the respective B&P budget and schedule, collaborate across the company, perform market analysis, monitor competitor activity, and drive winning solutions.
