Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Associate's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Baccalaureate Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Health Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Management
  • Experience in robotic surgery, capital equipment, or advanced medical technology
  • Proven experience training on complex clinical topics or technology
  • Solid understanding of surgical anatomy, OR workflows, and OR protocol
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • U.S. work authorization required for non-Principal level roles
