Job Summary

• To drive and roll out all Quality related activities assigned with the scope of new technologies introduction and continuous improvement applied in the Manufacturing area with special focus on the digital transformation of the BSEMEA quality processes applied in the manufacturing space.
• The person should be able to develop and carry out autonomously his activities with strong leadership and proactive mindset, toward his team and other functions/stakeholders.
• Final goal is to enhance BSEMEA Quality processes effectiveness and efficiency and product Quality leveraging on systematic application of data driven methodologies/risk assessments in order to ensure full compliance with Regulations, Customers and Company requirements with the ultimate goal of achieving superior quality all across the value chain.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology or equivalent
• Previous working experience in Tire Industry considered as a plus
