Job Summary
The Global Head, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) serves as the enterprise owner of CSL’s end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process—spanning Portfolio, Demand, Supply, Inventory, Financial Integration, and Executive IBP alignment.
This role is the architect, conductor, and strategic leader of the IBP ecosystem, responsible for defining and governing the global IBP operating model, advancing planning maturity, and ensuring a fully synchronized, financially aligned ‘One Plan’ that enables reliable product supply, operational excellence, and enterprise decision-making.
