Salary

Base: $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually; Bonus: Short-term cash incentives subject to plan requirements; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Paid Time Off, Tuition Assistance

Must-have

  • 7+ years selling to Municipal University Schools Hospitals
  • Expert knowledge of government ESPC contract vehicles
  • Proven track record closing complex long-term contracts
  • Experience leading RFP/RFQ response authorship
  • Ability to influence C-Level executive decision makers

Nice-to-have

  • Experience mentoring junior Account Executives
  • Understanding of public procurement processes
  • Knowledge of Water and Wastewater markets
  • Experience presenting to city councils and school boards
  • Strong relationships with sub-contractors at federal facilities

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 7+ years professional experience in MUSH or Energy Management Consulting
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • 10+ years experience in MUSH ESPC markets preferred
