This role operates as a Human Capital (HC) Manager within the People Operations area of the wider People Pillar, leading on Absence, Wellbeing, Employee Relations and People Policy.
Responsibilities include managing sickness absence, parental leave, extended leave, developing a wellbeing strategy, managing employee relations processes, and overseeing contractual updates.
The role requires managing a cross-island team, which may involve travel between the islands and occasional further travel.
