TransUnion is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to produce high-quality technical documentation and eLearning content in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical writing, especially in software, and a solid understanding of documentation frameworks and instructional design principles
Job Summary
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user guides, API documentation, installation manuals, and product help content.
Design and develop instructionally sound learning content including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

3-5 years of experience in technical writing
Experience with eLearning tools and instructional design principles
Working knowledge of DITA, HTML, and CSS
Familiarity with AEM Guides or similar content management systems
Experience in designing training for technical or software products
