Provide subject-matter expertise in municipal infrastructure design and construction, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
Conduct field inspections and provide non-resident engineering oversight during construction, monitoring designer inputs such as RFIs, shop drawings, material approvals, mock-ups, and punch lists.
Coach and mentor project staff while contributing to career development and maintaining high technical and professional standards across the program.
