Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in child life or related field
Completed approved Child Life Internship with at least 480 hours
Must obtain Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) certification within one year
Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Preferred: Two years and 4000 hours of professional hospital experience
