Job Summary
The Digital Support Representative is the primary customer focal point for in-service support of Digital Solutions, reinforcing customer proximity and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will proactively accompany key customers in proximity, acting as the bridge between their operational needs and central support teams, and are responsible for collecting and relaying the "Customer Voice" regarding Software & Services products to drive continuous improvement.
The role includes receiving and following up on in-service issues, supporting customers and internal stakeholders, participating in meetings, supporting software Entry Into Service, identifying training needs, and capturing customer feedback for analysis and continuous improvement.
