Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with personal care, mobility, and reporting any changes in condition immediately to supervisors.
The role requires strict adherence to policies regarding protected health information, blood/body fluid exposure, and the prevention of unauthorized access to facility systems.
