Key Requirements

  • 14+ years of professional experience with BS/BA or 12+ years with MS/MA/MBA
  • Experience designing and architecting enterprise platforms
  • Experience leading technical teams to implement MES, LIMS, SAP, Salesforce
  • Understanding of modern AI technologies (NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics)
  • Hands-on understanding of cell therapy operations
  • Experience applying Generative AI and Agentic AI is highly desirable
  • Track record of leading technical teams and shaping IT strategy
