Job Summary
The Payload Communications Manager serves as the primary voice between the ground and ISS crew concerning payload issues and activities, providing crew advocacy and coordinating payload operations.
This role involves managing NASA payload communications including realtime space-to-ground voice, email, and crew messages, as well as facilitating ISS Payload Crew Training and representing the Paycom Group at various ISS meetings.
Shift rotations include early mornings, late nights, and some weekends or holidays, requiring adaptability to constantly changing real-time operations and schedules aboard the ISS.

Key Requirements
