Job Summary
As a Field Property Adjuster, you will provide exceptional service to our policyholders by traveling to customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly and efficiently.
You will leverage various platforms and software such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration, and your expertise will be particularly focused on water losses.
This role requires strong critical thinking and technical skills to assess damages accurately and expedite claims settlements, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
Base: 56,000.00 - 92,000.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: $1,000 Licensing Sign on Bonus (if eligible); Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package from Day 1

Key Requirements
2 years' previous experience as an outside adjuster
Residency within 30 miles of Austin, TX
Ability to carry a 50-pound ladder and access roofs
Valid driver's license
Obtain adjuster/appraiser license within 60 days if required
