Job Summary

  • The Business Development Manager, Treatment – UPW UV APAC is responsible for driving growth of Xylem’s UV technologies within the Ultrapure Water (UPW) market across APAC.
  • This role will lead strategic pursuit planning, technical‑commercial solution development, and customer engagement to accelerate adoption of Xylem’s UV portfolio in UPW applications.
  • Success is seen in growth of funnel, business growth and increased conversion rates.

Key Requirements

  • Good commercial and business acumen
  • Strong technical skills and capabilities in UV/UPW
  • Should be able to work across multiple countries
  • Strong English knowledge and communication skills
  • additional APAC languages will be a plus
