Job Summary

  • Responsible for delivering key performance outcomes across the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Site Utilities, and assigned production areas, including safety, environmental compliance, production, quality, people development, and cost performance.
  • Partner with Value Stream Leaders to define and execute an operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and mentor your direct and indirect staff – Front Line Leaders, Area Process Coordinators, and Inventory Control Teams.
