  • Root Cause Analysis leadership
  • Use of SCADA and power plant controllers
  • Hybrid work arrangement flexibility

Nice-to-have

  • Project management experience
  • Performance analytics using MS Power BI or Excel
  • Experience with collector and interconnection substations
  • Design experience with electrical distribution systems
  • Working across teams to set operational standards
  • Knowledge of protective relays and overcurrent devices

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with inverter-based power generation plants
  • Experience operating and maintaining medium voltage electrical systems
  • Experience with protective relays and SCADA systems
  • Ability to travel for site inspections
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
