Troubleshooting inverter-based power generation
Performance monitoring and engineering analysis
Contract administration and construction inspections
Root Cause Analysis leadership
Use of SCADA and power plant controllers
Hybrid work arrangement flexibility
Nice-to-have
Project management experience
Performance analytics using MS Power BI or Excel
Experience with collector and interconnection substations
Design experience with electrical distribution systems
Working across teams to set operational standards
Knowledge of protective relays and overcurrent devices
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience with inverter-based power generation plants
Experience operating and maintaining medium voltage electrical systems
Experience with protective relays and SCADA systems
Ability to travel for site inspections
Legal authorization to work in the United States
