The Senior Talent Development Partner is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the credit union’s learning ecosystem, focusing on creating scalable, high-impact training solutions.
This role serves as a subject matter expert in learning management systems, instructional design, and learning strategy, partnering across departments to deliver innovative, compliant, and member-centric training programs.
The position requires a BA degree in a related field and 5-7 years of experience, with a minimum of four years delivering hands-on and virtual training programs.
