• The Creative & Design Talent Sourcer will proactively identify, engage, and pipeline top-tier creative talent for niche, high-impact roles across Apparel Design, Footwear Design, Product Design, and related creative disciplines.
• This role will leverage deep market knowledge of the apparel and footwear design landscape, competitive intelligence, and data-driven insights to influence hiring strategies and build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
