This role drives development, industrialization and process optimization with the design for manufacturing and operational excellence on the shop floor as main principles.
The team is focused on R&T projects and new product industrializations with the additional responsibility of linking the AIRBUS composite ecosystem with the plant and injecting the latest technology advances to the site.
