The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking an Access Services Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of Patient Access at The Orthopedic and Spine Hospital and/or the Central Access Business Center. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in patient registration, billing, and scheduling, along with supervisory experience, and will play a key role in ensuring compliance and performance standards are met

Job Summary

  • Manages the day-to-day Patient Access outpatient operations of The Orthopedic and Spine Hospital (TOSH) and/or the Central Access Business Center (CABC), ensuring team performance meets or exceeds department standards.
  • Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, development, and performance evaluations of staff, fostering teamwork and providing coaching.

  • 2 years supervisory experience

  • Proof of legal authority to work in the US
