Must-have

  • Visual dimensional and functional inspections
  • Use of pin gage caliper optical comparator
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices GMP
  • Initiate NCR process for non-conforming materials
  • Complete quality records and documentation

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of GD&T principles
  • Experience with ISO9001 ISO13485 standards
  • IPC certification preferred
  • Oracle Quality modules computer skills
  • Ability to train other personnel

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1 year experience as Quality Inspector
  • 2 years related inspection experience in manufacturing
  • Associate's degree in inspection preferred
  • Knowledge of tolerances and basic mathematics
