Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily functions, including dental and mouth care, bathing, hair combing, and dressing, as well as ensuring they remain dry and comfortable.
This role requires you to measure and record vital signs, assist with feeding, maintain resident hydration, and participate in nursing reports to ensure continuity of care.
