Job Summary
The AVP provides enterprise-wide leadership for planning and executing ambulatory pharmacy operations and specialty pharmacy services across the health system.
This role is accountable for establishing standardized operational policies to drive efficiency, cost containment, and regulatory compliance across all pharmacy functions.
In partnership with the Chief Pharmacy Officer, the AVP develops external strategies to expand partnerships with employers, manufacturers, and payers.

Must-have
Ambulatory pharmacy operations leadership
Specialty pharmacy experience required
Pharmacy management experience required
PBM strategy development and execution
Regulatory compliance oversight
Nice-to-have
Board certification in pharmacy administration
PGY-1/PGY-2 residency completion
Master's degree preferred
Experience with Omnicell Epic Parata
Strategic partnership expansion skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Pharm D from accredited College of Pharmacy
