Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of Business analysis experience
  • Experience in leading system changes
  • Experience in system analysis
  • Experience in process mapping, process flows, and process modeling
  • Experience in running design/solution meetings
  • Experience in documentation of BRD, and FSD
  • Experience in supporting QA/UAT
  • Experience validating business scenarios/use cases
  • Experience leading multiple, disparate stakeholders
  • Understanding of software delivery lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops with senior-level participants
  • Demonstrated ability in advanced system analysis and problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and presenting data analysis results
  • Ability to represent complex issues understandably
  • Ability to influence IT and business stakeholders
  • Ability to present findings to senior management
  • Strong Microsoft Office program experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Ability to play the role of a Project Manager
