  • The Development Engineering Technician supports research and pilot-scale operations by executing laboratory and manufacturing experiments that drive the development of new equipment, process flowsheets, and sustainable products.
  • This role is responsible for building and maintaining lab and pilot equipment, preparing solutions, conducting wet-chemistry bench experiments, and powder handling, and mechanical analyses.
  • Success in this position requires strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on laboratory experience, attention to safety, and the ability to follow detailed technical procedures in fast-paced conditions.
