Candidates must reside within the Louisville, KY metropolitan area and hold active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in multiple states including Kentucky.

Must-have
Active unrestricted pharmacist licensure in multiple states
Experience as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
Knowledge of multi-state pharmacy regulations
Onsite presence in Louisville KY metropolitan area
Leadership of pharmacy staff and technicians
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting specialty pharmacy or HUB services

Key Requirements
B.S. Pharm or PharmD from accredited school
Minimum 5+ years of pharmacy experience
Active unrestricted pharmacist licensure in multiple states
