Develop, implement, and steer the regional Professional Education strategy (EMEA) in close collaboration with strategic marketing and medical affairs colleagues.
Ensure efficient processes, manage budget responsibilities, and drive the development of standards, SOPs, and sustainable education offerings.

Key Requirements
4-year university degree in natural sciences, medicine, medical technology, or industrial engineering/economics, optometrists, physicists
Extensive professional experience in ophthalmology or medical technology manufacturing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with event management and educational program coordination
Proficient in MS Office and digital education tools
