Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school certification preferred
  • 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Associate degree in facilities management, mechanical engineering, or related field (Preferred)
  • Journeyman certification in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing trades (Preferred)
  • Building automation systems (BAS) experience (Preferred)
  • Project management experience (Preferred)
