  • Ability to travel to client sites (50%)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline
  • Experience managing mission critical systems
  • 1-2 years previous experience as technical lead or TPM
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Desire to grow into a Tech-Lead-Manager role
