Must-have
ServiceNow development and production support
Incident, change, and request management
JavaScript and REST/SOAP integrations
ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM modules
Platform health and performance monitoring
Agile and SAFe software development methodologies
Nice-to-have
Strong time management and self-motivation
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Strategic thinker and action oriented
Experience supporting a large customer base
Ability to communicate across multiple organization levels
Key Requirements
5+ years ServiceNow experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field
