Job Summary
Drive operational excellence by acting as the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders to address issues relating to data collection, reporting, delivery and dashboard queries.
Lead on dashboard development and promote good data governance by creating visual solutions, ensuring compliance across taxonomy structures, and developing new and iterating existing processes.
Provide operational support and act as the bridge between the client and the account team, proactively identifying operational challenges and opportunities and defining solutions.
