Act as the technical interface, supporting customer onboarding, providing expert support, and facilitating the deployment of managed Container services using GitOps and container best practices.
Work in an agile team, contributing to sprints and continuous improvement, driving definition and improvement of Ops processes, and mediating between competing needs.
