  • The primary purpose of this role is to perform assembly and inspection operations over a range of products and processes while adhering to strict quality policies.
  • Employees will set up equipment, assemble component parts according to prints, and visually inspect completed assemblies for conformance to specifications.

  • read detailed manufacturing instructions
  • visual and dimensional inspection skills
  • operate manual and automatic machines
  • familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices

Nice-to-have

  • medical device industry experience preferred
  • ability to train other team members
  • IPC soldering standards certification desired
  • welding or material science training preferred
  • participation in process improvement activities

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 3-5 years light assembly experience in regulated industry
  • Computer proficiency required
