  • As a Production Manager, you will be a key player in shaping a supportive and engaging work environment for the Northlake, TX, plant, a manufacturer of quality coffee.
  • You will lead a team of supervisors, operators, and workers, focusing on maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety and quality standards, making a meaningful difference in the day-to-day experience of employees.
  • This is a full-time, on-site role on day shift, Monday through Friday with flexibility as required to support alternate shifts and weekends.
