Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, transporting them to new rooms or medical appointments, and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the shift.
