Job Summary

  • This role directly reports to the Chief Product Officer and owns end-to-end partner success while influencing the product roadmap.
  • The position requires a conversational technical expert comfortable managing API, OAuth/SAML integrations, and SDK implementations for enterprise partners.
  • Candidates will be measured on customer satisfaction scores, seamless integration launches, and the implementation of scalable features driven by customer needs.

Salary

Base: $150,000 - $190,000 annually; Bonus: Up to 20% annual performance bonus; Benefits: Refer to www.allstategoodlife.com

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7+ years enterprise customer success experience
  • API and SSO integration technical knowledge
  • Experience leading complex partner integrations
  • Proficiency with Salesforce JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to quantify ROI and build business cases

Nice-to-have

  • Background in identity protection or security domains
  • Experience with B2B2C partnership models
  • Fintech or SaaS industry background
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
  • Proven track record mentoring peers and scaling playbooks

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years in enterprise customer success or technical consulting
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with API platforms and data flows
