Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10 years general contractor experience
5 years direct construction project involvement
Manufacturing or industrial sector construction experience
Contract negotiation and bid preparation skills
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Timberline, AutoCAD, or Revit
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
Willingness to travel for installation and start-up activities
Experience with food, beverage, pharmaceutical industries
Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
Key Requirements
10 years General Contractor related construction experience
At least 5 years directly involved with construction projects
Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering or Construction Management)
