The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
You will perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, facility equipment including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems as directed.
You must maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures.
