Must-have
Outreach services in parks and communities
Connecting individuals to housing resources
Assisting with AHCCCS and SNAP applications
Working with vulnerable populations experiencing homelessness
Nice-to-have
Peer Support Training certification
Knowledge of Arizona community resources
Experience working with mental health issues
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
At least one year of Navigator experience
Valid Arizona driver's license
Fingerprint clearance card eligibility
TB test clearance required
