Job Summary

• The position supports community-scale synthesis research within the NSF-funded NCEMS center at Penn State.
• Selected candidates will process and analyze molecular datasets including transcriptomics, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, and Hi-C.
• Graduate Research Assistants are expected to work 20 hours per week in person with substantial overlap with their mentor's schedule.
