This senior leadership role is responsible for driving culinary excellence, operational consistency, and financial performance across Aman properties in Sri Lanka and India.
The successful candidate will conduct 12 weeks of property visits annually to assess food quality, operations, hygiene, and brand compliance while overseeing budgeting and revenue management.
