Job Summary
The Firm's employees serve clients worldwide including corporations, governments and individuals from more than 1,200 offices in 43 countries.
This will include working with bankers/originators, syndication and asset management teams, internal constituents in credit, legal, compliance, tax and accounting policy divisions and supervising outside counsel to help structure and execute transactions.

Base: $160,000 - $300,000; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages; Benefits: Other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
