The team balances integrity and innovation while supporting Account Executives to differentiate and sell the Global Payroll solution.
Candidates will enable sales teams by serving as the Global Payroll Subject Matter Expert and developing essential sales collateral.

Base: $129,900 - $158,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work options

5+ years Global Payroll Sales experience
Technical discovery and qualification skills
Consultative selling approach for complex deals
Nice-to-have
Fluency in French, Spanish, or German
Experience with Workday systems implementation
Strong storytelling and communication flair
Key Requirements
5+ years related experience in Global Payroll Sales or Pre-Sales
Deep knowledge of global payroll compliance and localization requirements
