Employees must be prepared to manage medication administration, charting, incident reporting, and participate in facility surveys by government agencies.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
