The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while ensuring safety and dignity.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and manage personal possessions
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with inter-departmental teams
